Would we have to be in Iraq, Afganistan until we care? Bring our troops home. If we do not protest, and voice our opinions things will never change. Do we not care? Or is it possible we think our voices do not matter anymore? How long do we have to be there until enough is enough?

Man will never be free until the last king is strangled with the entrails of the last priest.

I figure we (meaning US and Canada) don't have the draft; the men and women who sign up for military service are doing so knowing full well what they are going in to. The vast majority that I have met are aware that the troops are there to help support the citizens, and help create the infrastructure that the governments there screwed up. They know that the risks they are taking are to help people who need it. It's awful that there is a need for them to be there, and it only takes a fanatic with a bomb to result in horrible death. But any soldier who wants out can leave. The troops need support for their choices to help those who need it in a foreign land. I know when I am sitting in my office pushing papers around, they are doing a much more important job than I am.

Realy ? is america that far apart? My first thoughts were a line from a Jack Nicolson movie

"Sell crazy someplace else, we're all stocked up here."

a quick googling showed that there are no canadian troops in Iraq and possibly a hundred in Afghanistan. A few Canadians may be there as cross training but no canadian troops are in Iraq at the unit level.

First of all we need to leave Iraq by going through Iran first and burn Tehran to the ground in the process. Secondly we need to take off the kid gloves and really stomp some azz in Pakistan AND Afghanistan and tribal leaders who go two faced on us need to be put down like dogs and defiled in the process in a way the locals can understand. We cannot let the Taliban have Afghanistan again. Frankly we need to bring the Russians in on this and let them help us pincer the Taliban and crush them like bugs, and if Pakistan gets in the way, we crush them too! Pakistan is as two faced as they come! Chechnya has been a thorn in Russia's side for years, maybe we need to help Russia in reciprocation and stomp Islam out of there so the Russians can have some peace!

All this peace and tolerance is such crocodile tears. if we need to make war we need to really make war. I mean kill on a scale that would make Aries (AKA Mars) jealous he was not here to participate. There is no need to occupy territory when you blast an enemy so hard they cry uncle in the UN. They WILL think more than twice trying to piss us off again then!

Iran is going to be real problem... Mark MY WORDS!

hank you all very much and remember, the King Loves each and every one of you...

Now where is my deep fried jelly doughnut?
