NZ has no snakes Viv
Much like Ireland! When snakes were being issued to various land masses, Kiwi's were getting amongst the Irish colleens, & we both missed the cut. Hence the expression "Irish & Kiwis are all as mad as cut snakes". See, you can learn allsorts of stuff on the interwebb
