Akai, I did a little research on you. You've only made 24 posts. In most cases, you've made no more than 2 or three in any one forum. Most of those posts told us absolutely nothing about you except that you're looking for somebody.

Imagine the CHICK who you want to find YOU. Try to imagine what is in her head. (Don't mean to be critical, but the fact that you don't seem to be trying to figure out what she likes would give me pause if I were her).

I think you need to try a bunch of forums and you have to participate in them enough to reveal who you are and what you're like. It will likely take time, but I can almost guarantee that nothing will happen if you don't do that. Sorry to tell you, bud, but your photo doesn't make you look all THAT hunky. Nobody is going to jump your bones just because you walk past them in the hallway.
