ok so i am pretty retarded when it comes to tech. was wondering how much an ebook reader costs and if anyone can suggest a decent model or brand to buy

I think atleast a couple hundered? Not sure though. Check Amazon.com for their Kindle, that seems to be one of the hot ones.

I bought a Kindle when they first came out and I love it. They have two models out now. I think they are $139 and $169 or something. It is very easy to use. There are others out there also. I know Sony makes a good one but I'm not sure about price. Amazon customer service is great too, in my experience. If you have any questions just let me know.

If you have a Barnes & Noble near you, I think they sell Kindles or something, they may be able to help you out.

I bought a sony for $100, I chose it becaus the screen took up most of the device (I hate losing screen space to borders and keyboards). Its adequate. You can get better deals on ebay, but you better know what you are doing as there is some serious crap being as 'ebook readers' on there.
