Went to the Texas Road House to celebrate my neighbors birthday.. She is a leap year baby so really doesn't have one this year...lol She's 87 and a fun lady. Had steak, baked potatoe, salad and shared an small onion blossom.. Everything was delicious!!

I like clam chowder. I enjoy cooking it and eating it. I have three cans of snow clam chowder. It is very good right from the can.

I do the same with half and half, its great that way and a smidge of butter, real butter.
