What is it that I'm doing wrong? Anyone?

ok....here is how I see profiles. You put as much on your profile to make it clear to others what you are looking for and who you are. It's like a want ad (in a way). You want serious buyers (for what you are looking for) and it will weed out people because you will know they didn't read the profile.

Maybe add what you look for in someone.

Also, Join in the forums. That is the best way to get to know members and many members (that don't post) read the forums. You might spark an interest with something you have said. And in the meantime, you will make some good friends and have fun.

And does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I'm representing myself realistically, I'm not normally very talkative but I do my best, but everyone I talk to just stops talking to me at some point. What am I even trying for, when everyone just decides I'm not worth it?

Your profile seems fine People just stop replying. I've recently join mingle but I've done other dating sites and it happens a lot Sometime people just don't see what you have in common.

You say you're not very talkative, however on a site like this, you're going to have to be talkative.

In your profile, you mention that you're unique. Tell us in your profile why you're unique. Perhaps write a bit more about yourself, what you enjoy and what you're looking for. Other than that, get to know people in the forums. Good luck!
