Sesame Peanut Noodles (stole off Nigella)

Always make a big batch as its always nice to pick at from fridge when u get but muncies! Although this recipe serves 8.
Dressing;
1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp garlic oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sweeet chilli sause, 100g smooth peanut butter, 2 tbsp lime juice.
For the salad;
125g mangetout, 150g beansprouts(rinsed), 1 red pepper (deseeded n cut into small pieces,2 spring onions(finely chopped),2x275g packs of ready prepared egg noodles,
20g sesame seeds, 4 tbsp chopped coriander.

Whisk all the dressing ingredients together in jug or bowl
Put mangetout, beansprouts, red peppers strips, sliced spring onion and noodles into a bowl
Pour the dressing over them and mix thoroughly to coat everything well
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and corriander and pack up as needed x

:smile: That ok, its a tasty meal n just like I said u can't burn it or even mess it up!glasses no need for water which 'some' people do tend to burn lol n as for mangetout I didn't know they were called snow beans!
hope anyone who makes it actually 'likes' it, maybe I should start a new forum 'rate my meal' smokin
