Hi knox! Here's a question.... Does anyone know what MacGuyver's real name was? I'm too lazy to google it. |
Richard Dean Anderson played "Angus" MacGyver
His name was Angus MacGuyver??? I thought it was something else! You should try out for Jeopardy! |
No thanks, Bay , I'd freeze on stage.
I never really watched MacGuyver, but had a co-worker at the time who was crazy about it. I remember him making a big deal about it when they finally gave MacGuyver a 1st name. |

Ok, no Jeopardy, but you are definitely on MY team if we ever play Trivial Pursuit! |

WEEKEND QUESTION # 1 (1 of however many I can come up with):
In the late 60's, Bob Denver(Gilligan) starred in another show that was basically a rip-off of Gilligan's Island, complete with a boss, a rich couple, a showgirl, teacher, and I think a store clerk. What was the name of this show, and for extra credit, who played Bob Denver's boss on the show? |
*bump* You wanted a question--look upward two posts, there it is.
Bump again, folks. You're all starting to disappoint me.
Actually, you're making me . Don't make me You wouldn't like me when I'm Apologies to Bill Bixby for that . |
OK, that does it! I'm asked for weekend questions, I rack my alleged brain and come up with one, and--NO ONE TRIES TO ANSWER!
I'm gonna repeat the question, then after that--that's it. I won't post in this forum again until someone at least TRIES to answer! Here Goes: In the late 60s, Bob Denver(Gilligan)starred in another show that was basically a rip-off of Gilligan's Island, complete with a boss, a rich couple, a showgirl, teacher, and I think a store clerk. What was the name of this show, and for extra credit, who played Bob Denver's boss on the show? That's it, folks. Now, LET'S SEE SOME ANSWERS, OR AT LEAST GUESSES! IS ANYONE OUT THERE????????????????????????????????????????? |
Ok, Knox, I googled the answer but I think that's cheating but if you want, I'll put it up
was it the castaways?
And I was beginning to think that I was all alone in here this weekend.
Good Morning Suz and Katt . How are the both of you this morning? Suz, if you want to post it, please feel free to. Let's see what you've got. Katt, I'm sorry but Castaways wasn't the answer. |
The show was, I think, the Good Guys. Don't know for sure who played his boss but they did bring Alan Hale on to boost ratings, so maybe him?
