Penny Racers

What is it about mini's! I had mini Alice in Wonderland dolls and a whole collection of two or three inch horses. My room was a mess but but my mini toys were always lined up neatly on shelves.

Not sure, I remember collecting them, and trading with friends at school.

Also enjoyed a chemistry set I bought at a garage sale until I made a mess and my mom made me get rid of it.

I also remember spending countless hours with the Rubiks Cube my cousin gave me. I enjoyed challenging myself with different color arrangements with the thing.

I remember I had this hot wheels race track and I would have the cars hit one another and fly up in the air. I had tons of matchbox cars. I brought my etch a sketch with me in the car.
My spirograph kept me pretty busy too.

Oh I forgot about my sit-n-spin.

That was fun.

Jump rope, roller skates, and jacks.
Jacks were my absolutely favorite.

What we are saying about our ages with our toy choices!

We were poor - I played with my baby sister when she came along!
Of course, we always had some farm animal babies around and dogs and cats to play with too.

We did have tennis rackets - they were my dad's from when he was a kid - we'd hit a tennis ball up against the barn for HOURS.

I did win a car when I was 5.
I won a bike when I was 40.
Ironic, I know.
