Nostradamus did things by science. he used math to calulate.

In doing so a simple math constant could make for a clear path of thought that only the simple could see.

I am using a 464 equation on his quandrains.. a guess but a trial and error search.

It was more likely that Nostradamus (if he used a code) coded the 'key' in the introduction...

He would need to have been exposed to the I-Ching to have applied its hex system in his own code.

More likey is that he has a code based on 7. (7 centuries, 7 levels of heaven, 7 angels, 7 trumpet, etc...)
