As wrong as that is, it appears to be their strategy.

The Republican Party is full of racists and they are afraid that their actions will come back to bite them in the butt.

Changing their racist views has not dawned on them yet. They either have to get rid of future opposition or cease to exist as a viable political party.

There is nothing racist about protecting our borders from invasion.
Nothing racist in wanting Legal Immigrants screened for illnesses or backgrounds.
Nothing racist in deporting those who come here illegally.
Only the Extreme Left believe they have the right to break the law.

The problem is that racists love the idea of being able to perpetrate their hatred on Mexican folks.

So in order to make sure we are not catering to their sick agenda we have to make sure that we are being humane and considerate of the humans in this arena.

Deporting those who are causing problems is one way but it doesn't guarantee they won't come back.

If they are doing illegal stuff here maybe they should pay their debt here.

But first of all before all the possible hatred can even happen we have to secure the borders and at the same time shut down the employers who hire them.

If we don't secure the borders and stop the employers all the deportation will solve nothing except feed the racists and cost us billions of dollars

Changing the soul of this country by denying people born here their rightful citizenship just because their parents are illegal is either racists or communist.
Maybe Nazism?

Either way it damn sure ain't American.

Born citizenship is how most of us on these forums got our citizenship. I know they don't want to give theirs up.

If they provide a path to citizenship they'll lose their cheap slave laborers.

NOthing wrong with these statements except that the left isnt in favor of illegal immigration, we have had laws on the books for years for this. They go unenforced because big business has allways wanted the cheap labor. What we are in favor of is humane treatment of people. I recall NAFTA was supposed to cure illegal immigration all it has done is allow american companies to ship jobs to mexico at bargain basement prices. Mexico is clearly in the US's sphere of influence and if we had wanted to stop it we would have long ago. It helps keep downward pressure on wages in america and the business elite love that and allow it to continue.

While I don't agree wit the 'feed the racist' part of this I do agree with securing the borders.

If we don't secure the borders and institute some type of 'ellis island' on the southern borders none of the 'fixes' we attempt will work.

When one wants to rid ones house of flies it is first necessary to close the dooor.

Left is full of hypocrits.

People that actually use this cheap labor... So they MUST point their fingers at others and cry 'racist' so that no one looks at them.

and they word their propaganda in such a way as to wind up those that are suspectible to it...

So someone else can point the fingers for them and further distance them from the scruntny of the community.

I have been to both democratic rallies and republican rallies...

I found more actual 'racism' at democratic rallies then anywhere...

I found the LEAST racism at Tea Party rallies.

How many rallies have you attended of any party but the one you constantly clip, cut, paste and post articles for?

I am an independant... I go listen to them all.

Bet you have formed your opionion of the tea parties by watching news.

I went and saw. You would be surprised to find the mix and diversity that exists in THAT group. (All of the news services show selected clips only)...

As far as this crud about 'children' of illegals... Only a small portion of those 'parents' which are receiving goods and services for their children have children that were actually BORN HERE...

If such a family has 12 kids and just ONE of them is born here how much abuse is the system being forced to accept...

I am so sick and tired of the lies and counter lies.

CLOSE THE DAM BORDER AND THEN ADDRESS ALL THIS.

As long as big buisiness want that cheap labor they will come. The laws on the books allready are enough but the will isnt their to enforce them. Big business owns the government in this country and they call the shots.

I'm an unaffiliated voter.
I attend many and am constantly looking for a Party to replace the Republican Party.

My brother went for the Tea Party despite me telling him that they were no more than an extension of the Republican Party.
I went with him once. Mainly to keep him out of trouble as he insisted carrying his 9mm. He has a permit to carry you see and insisted on this.

I was not impressed and heard many racist comments about illegals. What a farce! The Tea Party is an extremist extension of the Republican Party and at the rally I observed a clear majority of uneducated and uninformed Americans.

Besides myself and a handfull of others, the avg age was about 70.

Republican rally.
You must have gone to a rally near a retirement community...

The several that I attended during the recent presidantial races were attended predominately by folks in their 30's... but the ages ranged from 16 to well over 70. (mostly attended by whites).

Democratic rally
The democratic rallys I attended were predominately attended by folks roughly 20 to 30 (and predominately black).

Tea Parties...

I attended three of these. Ages ranged from 3 to 70+. I saw folks from a diverse range of races (amerind, mexican, black, white, even some pakistani americans) all three were more like a picnik than a political rally.
