Not my bag. But there is a really relevant passage in Ephesians....4:12 (Old Testament) "Don't be a Pu$$Y" Seems to make sense to me.... Life is giving you the finger?.....punch it in the damned nose.....Stand the f**k up and take what you want and take it by the throat. NOTHING comes easy. Terry my friend....it is so easy to quit. Hell, I think it is quite funny (sarcasm here) how when we begin to want to date, and want to find someone we connect with, seems we almost always end up with (A) A psycho (B) Stage 5 clinger (C) A hooker (not a bad thing for later on down the road) (D) An undecisive person who ends up playing you (normally doesn't happen on purpose. They just don't know what they want). Scratcy does make a good point. Almost always does it happen that love finds you. And, it normally happens in the places you least expected to find it. However, you can also date and look for that someone. You just can't project that they could be the one for you. Dating is a numbers game. Some people get it right off the bat. Others have to date a few before finding someone. And then others have to date for awhile. You just never know how long it will take. You are frustrated my friend, and it is easy to understand why. You are a dude who wants to love someone. And, when you hear women say that is what they want, here you are. Available, a good person, and a man who wants to love. The frustrating part is finding the girl for you. Or for her to find you. Either way, the one thing you can do is deal with this frustration, and just go on with your life. Somehow. Someway...you will figure out how to deal with the setbacks. Because, in the end, when you have that special girl with ya, you will look back and realize that what you went through wasn't really all that bad. The payoff....the end result...will outweigh any of this frustration. I KNOW,,,,love will look my way someday,,and I can only hope I see its glance,,,because really man,,,I would rather be single for life,,than to be played by one who only TALKS the words and does you wrong,,,so YES,,,,,dates are GREAT,,,and Friends make us who we become as people,,,,so life is good,,,after the smell leaves the room,,,wink,lol,,,,Thanks for this ,,,reallly...

Love does seem to find you when you least expect it, like some kind of accident. But that doesn't mean we have to sit back and wait for it. Nor do we have to actively seek it. Truth is, it's all a matter of opportunity: You have to be willing to put yourself in a situation where love can find you, and you have to do it time and time again until finally it does find you. It IS a numbers game.....You have to gamble, play the odds, and accept some risk. Sometimes you lose big, but eventually you will get that big win too. |
