It was almost 40 here today but it's going to get cold again.. We had rain last night and today, most of the snow is melted..going back down to single digits tomorrow night...

Hi Carol How is the knee Carole It's doing great Carol.. walking most of the time without my cane now..will be finished with therapy soon and will start going to the gym to get more exercise... I'm up to 4 miles on my recumbent bike so the legs are getting stronger...
