I finally got my house warmed up to 48... 
Sorry sweetie, that's not warmed up. Ya'll need another 10 degs at least 
It beats the 22 it was! Bloody hell!! That's not a house, that's an ice-box! If I recall correctly, 22 degs= 10 below Zero

No Ray, has to go down to 0 degrees, then start counting below zero, such as: 0 degrees, -1, -2, -3, -4 etc. Thus the term "below zero". 32 degrees is just the freezing stage of water. |

Though, in NZ bars often have a log fire that is lit during our winters

Do you get high humidity or does the ocean keep that away? In Iowa, it's the humidity that kills us in the summer more than the heat. I can stand heat, but the humidity buggers me up...I swell up like a blow fish!!!!!!! |
