you know, the real tragedy is going to be if this man is ruled clinically insane...there wont be any trial, or death sentence..he´ll live out his life in a mental institution...where he should have been placed in the first place....

He wont, he clearly knew right from wrong and the consequences of his actions.

knowing right from wrong is no guarantee that someone is not clinically insane...I dont know what level of training you have in the field of psychology, but it doesnt take a PhD to see this guy was seriously mentally ill and should have been put away a long time ago...the State of Arizona failed all those innocent people, the victims as well as surviving family members who now have to try to somehow put their lives back in order.

there will never be any "justice" for any of those folks.

Justice is knowing that no one else will suffer the same fate from the guy. Revenge isn't justice.

Leagally insane means you do not know right from wrong and from what I'm hearing from his girl friend he's been planning this. She says he's done his homework so now it will be up to the psyches to determine his ability to differentiate the two.

i agree with you on that, but the guy should die... there is no reason for him to live...

This guy is also creepy looking, he looks like the mutant from The Goonies.

Give him a big orange wig, some make up, red nose and play the circus theme and you have good entertainment.

Good?

Now I'm worried. LMAO

While I agree with rehab, I also agree with the death penalty in instances like this.
