When do you become master of your own fate? I ask this question because I find it interesting that the meanist life, the poorest existence, is attributed to God's will, but as human beings become more affluent,as their living stadndard and style begain to ascend the material scale, God descends the scale of respondibility at a commensurate speed.

Man has choice. He does not HAVE to do the will of God or anyone for that matter. Man becomes the master of his own destiny when he makes choices for himself. |

I agree ....each person truly is the master of his own destiny.
He (or she) does make the choices for himself.....he even considers the will of his Gods that he creates and imagines in his own mind (if he choses to have Gods in his life) It is all relative to each person's own perspective.. We all live in our own reality ............... |
