as a whole I think we need unions to help us fight for better worker rights medical benefits and pay. Do you think big companys care about there lower pay employees ?

When you work you work.
Your duty is to do your work, not sit on your azz at work and expect someone to carry your lazy azz..
Some people in the workforce don`t understand that.
They feel that the company owes them a paycheck whether they work or not.

Of all of the years that I worked, I was in a union.
Getting my pension is one of the rewards of the union fighting for my benefits.
