Yeah, I get that a lot. I eat relatively healthy, take vitamins,
drink lots of water, and work out 4-5 times a week, don't do drugs or smoke, and rarely drink. Thinking and acting young play a big role too, I think. Age is just a number, there is no "appropriate" age for living and breathing in life to it's fullest, and trying to always have a positive energy and outlook. |
