two words........ disco ball Useless...yes But, it will show any victims that you lure into your lair that you are a fun kinda gal. I have one. Even had one mounted in my bottling room at work till someone stole it (with my permission) Well all the designers say to go for mirrors!! As usual Krupa, you are ahead of the trend! Most of my house is decorated in nothing but mirrors...really does seem to open up space and double the room size. Hell, I have three full length mirrors and 5 mirrors that are 3'x4' just in my bedroom and it seems huge. |

i just put up poster of the Playboy Bunnies everywhere 
and the way they bounce....illusion of space accomplished!!! you can poke a Christmas light through each nipple on the poster and the boobs look like they're coming out of the wall!

See, I thought I was going to learn something very practical and useful by reading this post...
What did I learn? 1) that no one suggested painting the ceiling a bit darker color makes the room appear larger 2) that Krupa and JT can take ANY topic and talk about the nasty -- oh wait, that may have been Seamac and JT this time

no krupa just mentioned mirrors make things look bigger...

Well Maybe Hawkeye Pierce said it best....I paraphrase here...but Hawk said "people who are preoccupied with talk of sex are lacking in 'occupation' with sex" (Gotta love that show) And yes a darker ceiling does make a room feel larger, just don't forget to mount a mirror on it!! |
