I am unable to logout at all. I use both internet explorer and aol and neither one of themwill log out. I am running windows xp.

Daniel - do you connect through AOL dial-up? If anyone else is having this problem, can you also tell me if you connect through AOL dial-up?

Everybody here that is having the problem seems to be off line. Does that not mean they are logged out?

change your password... if it doesnt work the first time change it again that works for me..... and yea i have aol...

yes Mike I have aol dial up. worked fine for the first two weeks using it, but just the toher day it started acting up and not lettingme log out.

mine didnt log out again last night and daniel i have high speed comcast... but come on here thru aol... so u arent the only one... and my mail notices is getting sent to my aol 8 hrs or more later...
