I feel tired and irritable and grouchy and achy and ... now hungry for oven fries and I don't even know what they are... |

What are oven fries?? I feel tired and irritable and grouchy and achy and ... now hungry for oven fries and I don't even know what they are... K well its easy peasey...just cut potatoes lengthwise I try to get 6-8 wedges per potato. Brush with olive oil, s&p and whatever spice you like (hot, parm cheese& garlic or whatever you like). Bake them in the oven for 45 mins or so at 400 degrees. Voila!

Very relieved now that the holiday family obligations are all met. I may have just realized why I'm grouchy and irritable tonight besides the obvious -- our family deal isn't til this weekend. Have I wrapped the first thing? No. Do I have all the baking done? No. Do I have this house cleaned? No. Do I have all the groceries bought? No. Yep, now I'm gonna go cry. |
