why is it that when u send a nice email they dont respond

Fear, Ignorance, being a jerk.
Most people shy away from people who are veyr open with others, or who are differant. Those of us who like to be open and such, come across jerks who say one thing and act a totaly other way. |

We have all gone thru this coco...some people red their mail
but don't answer till they have more time and some just don't want to hurt anybodies feelings by saying not interested...

I wish I could answer that. I've had the same experience, but only with locals. So now I don't even bother trying to e-mail anyone first anymore. Plenty of people e-mail me first, so I figure I'm not really missing out -- the ones who didn't reply are just rude and ignorant, and I'm better off without people like that, anyway.
How's that for rationalization?

If someone strikes me as anything I send an email, saying what i liked and about 90% of the time I get responses (tho alot seem to come after a week or so). lol

Hang out in the forums with us and you will be suprised to find just when you think its just a fun place to hang out sometimes somebody comes along and sweeps you off your feet... I've seen it happen time and again so don't lose hope!

In my case, sometimes I become illiterate or can't get my mind started again. Mostly though, i am a ludite and am not on the computer much. The warden, rules those foolish things
