She is.. I just finished buying her Xmas yesterday.. I got what they wanted for her, not what I wanted so it wasn't as much fun but I did get her a beautiful fancy Xmas dress..

Yes, I'm still in Cali.. I miss them and would love to be there for that but not much else except being able to go see plays in NY and travel so easily to other states...

Doing well.. It's been raining here for days.. I'm over it.. Can't even do the hair and it stay looking decent..

Yeah I just got off of the phone with my daughter and she told me about the rain. She is not liking it too much. She finished her first semester at UCLA

I just finished his Christmas yesterday too. I got what I WANTED since I do have him full time. LOL

Would love to see her new dress. I bet she is going to be more beautiful than ever in it!

She's coming to visit in Feb... I'm buying their tickets right after Xmas.. I'm waiting until my son officially puts in his vacation though, I don't want to buy it and then he can't get that time off..

I'll post a pic when they send me one.. I buy her so many clothes and I never seem to get pics of her in the clothes I buy her.. But then again, I'm not sure I'd recognize the outfits if I saw them b/c I do but so much... lol.. I can't wait until it's time to buy her fun toys..

Kind of a train wreck, but i still had fun, where did you go???

A train wreck? Oh no.. What happened...

I just went to dinner...

well we were supposed to be picked up at 6pm, the limo showed up at 645pm, and it was the wrong limo, it was supposed to be decorated escalade limo for my girlfriends birthday. . .he said he stocked the bar, and basically there was a lil of cheap vodka and a lil bit of rum. then there was a 2 liter of pepsi and literally a snapple sized container of watered down cranberry juice. It was a joke. It was a hummer limo, the windows wouldnt roll down and when we asked our driver to pull over to pee and buy REAL drinks--- he was like, we dont have time, you are going to be late. that was just the beginning. . .

oh my, I do hope her husband called to complain and get some of his money back...

and then?

then because our limo was so late, we missed our dinner reservations, it was a $25 cover at the door. we got to eat later, but because we ate later, we then missed our magic show. . .Plus one of the couples ordered over 120 worth of food--before taxes and only put in a hundred dollars. Pfft. then those two dissappeared altogether and went clubbing I guess without us. Which we wanted to go after the show but apparently they wanted to sneak off, you know old man, hot girl sort of thing. I think she used him to come with us and then persuaded him to ditch the party. they arent my friends, but i felt bad for my friend who invited them to her birthday. . .that they would do all that to her. We missed the guided tours, blah blah blah,

Well that just bites... How rude!

so we wandered around, it's loaded with side rooms and random acts of magic throughout, very easy to get lost. . we ended up getting to see a couple of acts, which was cool. then when it came time to leave we could not reach our limo driver at all. ..which was LAME considering what happened earlier. The other limo driver gave us our new limo drivers number and at 1am he still had not answered his phone, then he ahs the nerve to say he was outside waiting for us since 830pm which is CRAP becuase we were late getting there and we barely got there at 830-9 and there was no limo there except the one that dropped us off. Plus you know it was puring, they didnt drive us up the hill to the entrance, and when they picked us up they also parked down this steep hill he did walk us out with umbrellas, but with high heels in the rain and cracked asphalt.. ..it was crazy.

oh my gosh... Give me the name of the limo company later so I make sure to never use them.... LOL...

That sounds like a frustrating night.. I'm sorry, I know you were so looking forward to it...

we saw that guy that plays Stuart from MAD TV he was in line behind us checking in. SOME of the shows were amazing, like Criss Angel CHIT. that was really cool to see the tricks literally being done like at a poker table right in front of you, and no matter how closely we watched. . .you could not figure it out, it was creepy. . My dinner was super good, i had rubbed prime rib which melted in my mouth like hot cocoa. . .yummers. Oh the limo that picked us up had a fully stocked bar and was all pimp for her birthday and we were all so tired to even care at that point. we wanted to be drinking the whole way up, not the whole way home. DUH! So i got home about 330am, and wouldnt you know, my son has the flu and has been tossing his cookies every hour, so i still havent gone to bed, LOL. Now my daughter is complaining of a tummy ache. WooHoo. .
