The last movie I watched was "Clockwork Orange". That movie went so far above my head. I do suggest any horror fans to watch Tokyo Gore Police. Its subtitled but its worth every minute.

Clockwork orange, very classic...did you not understand it?? THey tried to reform a kid with bad behavior by using retarded techniques that only screwed him up more. I guess if you like being a robot.

I will probably go back and rewatch it. I walked in the living room with my uncle watching it right after I woke up. And I didn't have any caffeine until 3 hours later. All I remember about the movie were p*nis statues and Beethoven.

Taking a break from FarScape to watch Tron and Tron:Legacy, then back to FarScape. Enjoying it!

i loved tron as a kid. watched it again when i got the set on blu-ray and couldn't believe how bad it was. i guess at the time it was awesome, but compared to the tech we have today it looked lame.

. . .

I think it still looks good considering the technology at the time, the film itself does drag in parts.

I thought the streaming was free but if they are adding it as seperate charge, i dont know. . . my kids use it a lot. I got my netflix today. . . Life as We know It?

It was part of the charge, but they will charge it as a full separate amount now. You can pay for streaming, or DVDs or both. By doing both, its adding the two charges now. I dropped the streaming, and now pay less, but for someone who wants to receive both streaming and DVDs it adds both charges together.

i've got the 3 at a time with the streaming right now, currently $20/mo. to stay at the same price i'd have to drop to 2 at a time. it wouldn't be bad, but i don't like the idea of getting less for the same price. they should let all of their current customers keep the plans they have and only raise their rates if they change their plans.
all new customers would be on the new rates. that would be "fair" in my book.

well I have the 1 out at a time and streaming. It is going to be $15.98. I am not sure, for that price i might just keep the streaming. I guess this does not take place until your first billing period after sept 1st, 2011. That gives me time to think about it. Since i joined, it has gone up twice. It's pretty stupid.

I've got the 4 out at a time. With the streaming, which I don't use, it was $32 a month. Now it's $22.

i stream all the time, more than dvd. Certain films like AVATAR i want to see only in the theater...than the rest, i can pretty much wait for. Im also finding myself watching more independent and foreign films. Plus my three kids, watch stream a lot on the wii. There is no way i can cancel that. i can go to blockbuster if I really want to rent a movie....

do you have redbox in cali?

we have it here in IL. it's a very cheap alternative.

i do like some of the foreign stuff on streaming. some of the scandinavian stuff is pretty good.
mostly i just watch current t.v. shows and dvd's. the streaming is more for if i've nothing else to entertain me.

My brother worries me. We've got Moby Dick 2010 coming in today... The reviews on Netflix had us rolling with laughter. Totally cheesy movie!

I'm not giving up Netflix Streaming as it has movies that aren't available on DVD...been able to watch some rare movies on there.

I'm keeping the streaming and canceling the dvd subscription when they raise the prices in September. I can use Red Box for for dvds.

I wasn't going to keep streaming, but I now have a way to watch stuff on my TV, rather than my computer, so I'll try it out for a bit. If I don't like it/don't use it much, I will cancel streaming. There is redbox out here, but not downtown and I just wouldn't get the grocery store often enough to return dvds.

I hurt myself from laughing. Pulled American Pie, AP2, and American Wedding in. Frigging painfully hilarious.

Getting Centurion in tomorrow.
