Hi, I just joined from my iPhone and I'm unable to add pictures to my profile from my phone. So I tried to login from my laptop...I'm unable to login from my laptop because I put a little icon after my user name when I joined.
I need to know how to remove the icon so I can view my profile on my laptop. I also need to know why I'm unable to upload pictures to my profile from my phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! |

Hi teddy,
There isn't a way to change a user name. You will have to deactivate this one and create a new profile with a new email address. Be sure to deactivate this account. Only one profile per member. Best of luck to you, Kim |

How about the photos? Does anyone else have problems uploading from their phone?

This site doesn't fully support cell phone. Some work and some don't. Your best bet is to upload pictures from a computer.

the problem comes from unicode formatting of the symbol you used.
You should be able to cut and paste your name into the login area and add photos, but won't be able to change the name. http://mingle2.com/topic/show/291699 You can access the forums without logging in, so come back here and select your name, then copy, then paste into the login box. teddy select that above and hopefully it'll work. |

i can get to mingle from my cell, but even though it tells me to log in, it never lets me. it just keeps refreshing. weird.
