Thirty years ago on this day, John Lennon was shot and killed in front of his New York apartment, The Dakota.
And just six years ago, "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott was shot and killed while performing on stage at Alrosa Villa in Columbus, Ohio. Two very different musicians from two very different genres of music were killed by so-called fans. R.I.P. John Lennon R.I.P. Dimebag Darrell |

Pantera was my favorite band for a while.
Both murders may have been ritual sacrifices. I forget the exact details, but I remember hearing things over the years. One story went that Lennon was beginning to 'leak' the Illuminati involvement in the music industry. And the CIA didn't like all the peace & love during the Vietnam War. His killer was a Manchurian. They killed Darrell on anniversary. I'll have to look that one up again. |
