An Egyptian official believes that Israel's intelligence agency might be behind the fatal shark attack of a German tourist in Sinai over the weekend, the Jerusalem Post reports.

"What is being said about the Mossad throwing the deadly shark (in the sea) to hit tourism in Egypt is not out of the question, but it needs time to confirm," South Sinai Gov. Muhammad Abdel Fadil Shousha told egynews.net.

Israeli officials told the Jerusalem Post that the claims were ludicrous and would not comment.

Egyptian authorities have reopened some Red Sea beaches that had been closed to swimmers after an unusual series of shark attacks over the past week.

Swimmers were being allowed back into the water of several bays at Sharm el-Sheikh, a resort at the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula that is a renowned reef diving spot. Diving remained restricted to professionals.

Shark attacks at Egypt's Red Sea resorts are rare, and three shark experts from the U.S. are trying to determine what is behind them.

Besides the death, four other swimmers and snorkelers were badly injured.

On Tuesday, Ziad al-Basel of Egypt's Chamber of Diving and Watersports, said a limited number of bays were reopened for swimmers.

our government has trained dolphins to follow enemy enemy ships before... they strapped them with tnt and when they got close enough, boom... but i really don't think sharks are trainable, but personally, i think the Jews are training pigeons to crap on their cars, so it will cost the Egyptians more money for car washes.... some might have escaped to over here, BTW...

First they have no idea WHAT kind of shark is attacking people. if it was bullhead sharks little wonder. They DO like eating people and hit like Piranha. Several come and all of them take bites all at once. Now for Tiger Sharks and a host of other supposed man eaters to actively hunt humans means they are actually desperate for food.

Here is what is going on. Gotta feed all those Islamic babies they are spewing out. That means a lot more fishing. Now the sharks are becoming desperate for food and have to turn to what is available, not what they normally eat becasue all their food is gone or getting so scarce it is making them take what they can find.

And their propeller heads can't figure that one out?

AS IF! I am a lot more than that. I am college educated but I don't got a degree either! And yet I know the answer to their problem already but they need to pass that through committees of people who have no education in Biology or Environmental Mechanical Dynamics.

All I have to say to them is stay out of the water if they want to over fish like they do. they have no clue what conservation means. they just eat and eat and eat until it is all gone and move on to the next source of food until that is gone.
