Yes, when I used to work I did the job how I was trained to do it no matter who criticised the way I was doing it.(By the way, I was a qualified trainer no matter what job I held there). Are you a qualified trainer where you work at?

well...not by offered post,but my coleagues considers me their trainer & me too like teaching & explaining the basics of every complex fact to interested person.My friends calls me as doctorwhen they seek my help Training was just ur profession or hobby too?

Was in my job description. You had to qualify on the job that you did. The company decided who would be qualified trainers. Is it cold where you are at?

Sometimes. People in poor health go out and shovel their sidewalks to clear the snow off or try to dig their cars out after a snow plow plows their car in.They usually suffer heart attacks and don`t survive. Is it snowing where you are at?
