He's in his room and it was about a girl which he'd rather discuss with his brothers... But I saw it and went and talked to him.. Poor guy got put into the "brother like friend" zone..

Apparently they kissed the other day and that's when she said she's go out with him, then she decided that they've been friends for too long.. He's kinda bummed...

Oh I just remembered... It was about "offering solutions" i.e. don't just come with problems come with solutions and be willing to contribute to making the improvements not just point out the issues.. Basically "if you're only pointing out the problems and not helping solve them then you're part of the problem not part of the solution"....
