Hi all
Why is everyone so focused on meeting one person, for drinks whatever, I really think it would take the pressure off, just to meet a whole bunch of people on a set date, time and location, have a laugh, talk drink and get to know everyone, rather than these scary one on one encounters!!

Take me for instance, I've just moved into my area, don't know anyone and want to make new friends, maybe find someone out of those new friends for something more, but i'm not looking for someone, does that make sense?

What's ur thoughts?

Well, I would be happy to do that, yeah that sounds like a great idea, you never know who you mite meet and easy to break the ice when in a group meet, ....er I suppose
