If you don't have power and money you will have to rest on your looks and personality to attract woman. If you want her to look at you as a boyfriend you need to have confidence in what your selling. The reason woman are attracted to bad boys is they represent a world of excitement. Woman react to stability (good provider) or excitement (bad boys). Nice guys finish last because woman don't feel like the nice guy can protect them.

Try being a little mysterious. Build a woman's curiosity. Get her to call you.
