Let me have my say about Greyhound for a moment. I am going to talk about a route I drove. We left from Los Angeles, stopped in Bakersfield for about ten minutes(I had a Greyhound driver as my shotgun).He took all of the tickets and answered all of the questions and even fielded all of the complaints. We left Bakersfeild and proceeded to Fresno, where we to have a hour break.The restuarant inside the Fresno bus station was closed, so I had to walk and find something to eat(wound up eating it cold)because I only had 30 minutes to eat after the walk). We began boarding and then they decided since I was on time, I could do another section because the bus that was supposed to do it was 1 and one half hours behind. So, they handed me maps for 4 more stops along the way into Sacramento, which was the ending point. I was almost two hours late getting to Sac because of what they did. It is obvious that they don't care much about the people because the driver got off in Fresno and left me with the irate passengers. They moaned and complained and blamed me. And they wonder why people hate Greyhound so much. I took a route down the very next day back to LA with no problem. Just wanted to share my expeience with driving an actual route.
