Easier said than done my friend.. I have a budget and it doesn't include more "me's"... I keep asking for an expanded budget but I keep getting denied.. Somehow they think I can do it all myself... I'm almost at the point where I say 'sorry, it's not getting done'..

I answer directly to the owners so it's really hard to make a choice of who to p*ss off b/c if you p*ss off the owners, well you've p*ssed off your check signer... LOL... Fortunately, I am in a position to "push back" but out of respect I don't push too far and well the economy isn't where I have job offers on the table like I normally do...
