hello im lena.. well for the last year ive been having a problem with my eating habits i dont know for some reason i wake up at 2 in the morning and eat at that time .. thats awfull i mean i use to be really skinny and have a six pack and now ive put on some weight but im still thin ... so what should i do i want my body back .... ideas?

Hi Lena.

When you eat at that time and then sleep, your body neither gets the rest it needs nor is it able to digest your food properly, both because you're lying down and because you're not moving.

Therefore the simple answer is, don't eat at that time. You must slowly force yourself into another eating rythm, and basically that means being hungry for a while, because you deny your body food at the time it is use to it, but at the same time your body will initially not feel great about eating a big*ss breakfast and lunch.

However, eating is something very personal to a people, whether they are conscious about it or not, because it where we put stuff from the world into our body--- what I am trying to say is that it sounds like you might have an underlying problem in your life, and you odd eating habit is "just" a symptom of that, and not the root.

Find the root Lena, and deal with that... most probably it will be more difficult than changing your eating habits, but if you really want to be healthy, you got to take good care of yourself as a whole.

Do you exercise regularly? If not, it may help.

Are you eating properly during the day? Maybe this is your bodies way of telling you something is wrong
