Not all companies that way. I worked with my help & still got the shaft from some of them. It is all a personal thing, good & bad in managment & staff. I would say, Chris start cking the internet & your ladies local paper via puter. Might find places to send your resume & line up a job, so you can move sonner. Just a thought.
