Congress doesn't seem to have solved the renascent sex offender problem. Have you Googled lately to see how many of those folks live around your area? Try googling "sex offender registry" plus your zip code and you will see and be more cautious. What do you guys think should be done to a sex offender? My view? - send the fella for "internship" (i really mean internment) in Iran or Indonesia under a bilateral or tripartite agreement between the U.S. and those governments. Otherwise, first offense = castration with crude medical equipments; second offense = life without parole (LWP); third offense = the electric chair or firing squad. What's your take? Please do not participate if you are uncomfortable for any reason. Thats ridiculous!! you know you can be pinned as a sex offender for peeing in public!!! what about girls who lie to a man about their age? thats not fair Oh yea. I forgot about that. If they lie about their age or have a fake ID the male still gets in trouble. |

yes, but if you rape a little girl you SHOULD BE CASTERATED! then there would be no 2nd offense. If a girl lies to you about her age how fair is it that you do jail time and then are labeled for the rest of your life? Screw castration, put one to the back of his head. |

I think if someone rapes a child they should be shot that day, and not sit in the system for years as we keep paying for it. i think it is much harsher that they sit in a cell thinking about what they did, wishing they were dead and hopefully getting beat up by other prisoners than put out of their misery... this coming from a rape victim! My posts are coming from a rape victims father. |

I just don't want them to be able to do it again but I still don't wish any harm on them. This coming from a molestation victim. Death doesn't solve anything. Justice=death is archaic and outdated as a form of punishment. This coming from a father whos 9 year old daughter was raped and molested as well as her 5 year old step sister. The guy got a 2-10(the max under the pleas agreement) on a plea bargain and during his chance to speak at the sentancing he told the judge it wasn't his fault that my daughter seduced him and forced him to do it. Needless to say I jumped the the three foot fence that seperated the audience from the Plaintiff and Defendant. I was seriously gonna hurt that guy then got jumped by the Marshalls who tokk me in to the Judges chambers until the hearing was over. I am very lucky the judge was understanding and I didn't go to jail myself since I didn't get close ehough to touch the guy. He does get out within about the next 6 months and if I run in to him any where, well I will leave that for everyones imagination. |
