Its my belief whether its true or not I don't give a hoot, but I bet the parents who are offended by someone handing out condoms will be grand parents prematurely. Everybody thinks they know their kid and their kid doesn't have sex...WRONG! Not all kids do but you never know if precious lil Vicky is out giving it up or not.  don't say that, my daughter turn 14 this year!
