isn't just for folks to see

to look inside

our inner self

to greater health
though it may test our sanity

our preclavities
the only thing
thats worse than dying
is living
in a head thats lying
no quicker way
to fall apart
than not be true
to your own heart
so gather up
your mortal will
summon
your internal fill
face youre life
and lot thats drawn
commance to live
and be reborn
for true

internal bliss
if you can master
who you be
then peace
shall surely come to thee
