I just joined today, and of course browsed alot of profiles. I dont know how many I had viewed, before I realized that more than half were saying, "over a month since last visit"...why is that? is this site pretty slow?

Welcome, kewlmfer. I don't usually use this phrase, but it is what it is. We don't automatically deactivate accounts, so there could be a relatively high percentage of inactive accounts in some areas.
