Inside out burger
Brown some bacon and crumble it up. Get a large bottle of pickles or mayo, that has a large deep lid. Put plastic wrap over the lid, open side up. Get some ground sirloin and make a thin patty in the bottom of the lid. Put the ground bacon and some shredded cheese on top and in the middle of the patty. Make another patty and put it on top of the first one, sealing the sides, closing the cheese and bacon into the middle. Fry and enjoy.

take a double handful of ground beef (about half a pound) and put it in a bowl.

continue on to fienly chop one jalepeno pepper and 1/2 small onion. throw both in with meat.

Add a teaspoon minced garlic, and thyme and fennel to taste.
Add enough soy sauce to make the mixture nice and moist.

mix it all together and shape into a hamburger. Grill it on an open flame to how you liek it cooked (well-done-vs-rare).

Culvers Bacon and Cheese Butter Burger is great but the absolute best I have ever had came from Dietrickson's Drive-in in Lincoln, MT get the half pound loaded deluxe Cheeseburger. Even if you live in Florida, it's worth the drive
