nope..they go in the order of sign up date I think

CCP is correct, which means that if you -really- want to, you can make arrangements with your friends to cancel them all and add them all again, in the order you want.
So...if you want to risk offending people...

Oh, wait, I read CCPs too fast. I thought they went in the order of which you add them to your profile, not sign up date. I don't know.
