16 days straight, of nothing but rain! Here a flood there a flood everywhere a flood flood. Arrrrrgggghhhhhh! I don't have a boat, or a life jacket. This is getting freaking crazy. Aaaaauuunnnndddd, it's not over. We are supposed to get more rain for a least a few more days. We have had too many deaths because of this crap, and many many many water rescues. I know of at least 7 today, and that's just what I have heard about.

I'm parking on the curb to keep the vehichles from floating off. Shhheeeeesssshhhh. Enough already...

I might be crazy, but I like to swim in the rain. It's fun...Plus there is the whole danger thing so it's a rush.

Anyway, this has nothing to so with your topic. Sorry, to hear about all that bad news. I hope the sun shines on you soon.

It's crazy. Last year we had our very first time with wildfires. I forget how many acres we lost. Somewhere around 300,000 acres. It was sooo scary. We ere in such a drought last year that we could not even legally cook outside. For months.
This year we had a few weeks of ice storms and now we are a foot over our water level for the year already.
When I say it is raining here, I don't mean sprinkles or minimal rain...I mean downpouring can't see out the window rain. Water coming up to the floorboards of tall pickups. Vehichles being washed off the roads and highways.
I know Texas is getting it real bad also.
I feel like I need a towel now.

Wow, the weather is really getting crazier every year. Now all we have to think about is hurricane season!

All you Texans out there...find high ground. I know you are getting it as hard as we are. be safe and be wise. Maybe build an ark if you can.(if it's not too late)lol

I am concerned about the critters. The livestock and such.
I saw on tv yesterday a field of horses that were belly high in water, pawing the ground for food. I wanted to rescue them and bring them home here with me. Lets pray (if you do) for the animals. Most have no shelter safe from this and no way to be fed.
