1cup all purpose flour
1/2 tspn salt 1/2 tspn baking soda 1cup sugar 1 egg 1/2 cup canned pumpkin pie mix 1/4 cup canola oil 3 tblspoons water mix together all ingredients spoon into greased muffin pan about 1/2 full bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or |

until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean
cool in pan for 10 minutes remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks *****will be a rich brown color when done **(**(((also very tasty served hot with butter spread on top or inside |
