I just got a Kodak Easy Share M530. I have used Kodak digital camera's for years. Everyone I have bought still work. My last one I used to take pictures of shoplifters and various crimes for work I dropped it a lot, splled stuff on it etc and it still works like brand new!
Anyways this new camera is a 12mp 3X Zoom. It's wiers though, some pictures come out as only like 18-30K and the ones I have recently took have been 1,872,00K and 2,250,00K. How do I fix it and make them all come out small? The ones I am taking recently I can't post on websites, myspace and profiles because it says they are to big. |

It depends, because I can offer an easy to use program, but it depends what operating system you got. |

Ok, I use this one, (windows 7) but also works in Vista.
Image resizer http://imageresizer.codeplex.com/releases/view/51338 Very easy to use, just right click on any image (or entire folder) and click "resize" and then choose what size you want. Alternatively you could also use a free photo editing program like photoscape http://www.photoscape.org/ps/main/download.php |

You can either change the size of the picture (megapixels) on the camera setup menu so when you take your photos they are not so big or use a software to re-size the picture after you uploaded it to the computer.
I use this one: Fotosizer http://www.fotosizer.com/Download.aspx its pretty easy to use and you don't lose much quality when resizing the pictures. You can try having a look at the manual as well http://www.kodak.com/global/plugins/acrobat/en/service/manuals/urg01095/M530_xUG_GLB_en.pdf Good Luck! |
