Topic: browser problems grrrr!

no matter what i do except reboot my pc to a new factory setting.ive changed browsers and restarted to an earlier date. and i still have browser restarting problems.what can i do? it's a new pc laptop

Try restarting in BIOS and looking at your event log also you can look in the directories and do a system check while running and see if any yellow flags or red X's pop-up if the do repair your system online or repair your OS with the system disk. good luck.

browser problems..?? are you referring to not being able to surf the internet..or are you talking about Explorer and not being able to load your pc software properly??
