Thats handy to know, your 6 hours ahead of us & a day behind. (my way of working out the time) That is CST?

Yes it is CST. Good way to work it out. I'll remember that!
My knowledge is freely available, you merely need to ask at the desk:laughing:

Do you have one of those number machines where you take a number and stand in line? I have lots of questions, and don't want to take a number every time I ask one.

Our celebrated "Nor' Wester" is doing what it does best, at around 60Kph ( around 40MPH). This is usefull for the transfer of paddocks from one farm to another. You can find out all about the Nor'Wester, if you google it. It is a breeze that is known by name, throughout the world. Some people are adversely affected>>>grumble

A few years ago, during a spell of real bad temper, a Nor'Wester blew down a fair lump of Pine forest, about50 miles North of here, and that stirred the locals. During the season, which is just starting, barn roofs are just another hazard to beaware of while driving. Naturally, firemen hate these breezes, because if a fire gets away with the air behind it, life gets tedious darn quick!

were they as bad there as they were in the Panhandle or South Plains? I can remember the highways closing because of them back in the 70's, and you could see the dust all the way to East Texas.
