Ok! earlier I went to help then the messenger home page.
It said doing updates. http://messenger.yahoo.com/webmessengerpromo.php now it has a security update & a update to 8.1 & the new web browser version.. |

I've been trying to do the security update for a hour. It took out my yahoo. It said error to retry or abort 5 times. it had shown 100% loaded. I hit cancel 10min. ago, it's froze..  So I'm hitting my crash button & off to bed..

 okies! 45 min. later it finished update.

Yahoo has been updating there server for vista, so be prepared for a few boots and outages randomly. It sucks but thats life.
