1 lb cubed pork
1 cup dried small white beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 can chunk pineapple
1 med onion chopped
1 pack chili season
5 cups water
1 tablespoon garlic powder


Add pork, tomatoes, paste, dried beans, water, onion, chili mix,garlic powder and ONLY the juice from the pineapples to a crock pot...cook on low for 8 hours. Add chunks of pineapple and cook about 30 min on low. This is a great football game dish!!!! Can be served over rice or cornbread. YUMMM-O

It only calls for 1 cup of water...NOT 5...sorry!!!
