In a bowl mix a couple eggs and add milk and stir vigorously.

In another bowl have some flour seasoned with salt and pepper.

In another bowl have some bread crumbs.

Take a piece of chicken and roll in flour. Then dip piece of chicken in the egg/milk mixture. Then roll it in the bread crumbs and fry in a deep fryer until golden brown.....

Do this, but soak the chicken in buttermilk over night. Doing this will keep the chicken juicy as it has a tendency to dry out (especially white meat) if you fry it. Pressure fryers don't have this issue, but are seldom used, and really aren't worth the money if you don't fry stuff regularly.

..in addition to salt & pepper, you can try seasoning the flour with red chilli powder or cumin or dried herbs or whatever else u'd like to taste in ur bite

the best fried chicken i EVER had was in North Carolina......


They did the buttermilk thing........
