 .. Hope everyone is doing well...I have a dr appt today and then a date...lol I'm excited, he's very nice! Does anyone have a cure for leg cramps at night? Been getting them really bad and not getting much sleep...

Eat a banana before you go to bed. Potassium I take a pill form some time the Dr says my blood pressure pill will rid me of my potassium.

Been getting them really bad and not getting much sleep... A person I know says she wears a pair of hosiery while she sleeps. It makes her blood flow better she states. She says it works for her. She says that a heated mattress pad has helped to.

I think if you wore them in the day it would help you too then by night your blood would be flowing pretty good by then.

Had a wonderful time on my date. We ate out and then just back here for the rest of the evening..I know, not so exciting but I can't go anyplace with a lot of steps yet so I'm limited.. Anyway we had fun getting aquainted and found out we have more in common than first thought... We both have second born sons with the same first name..lol |

Had the Denny's grand Slam. Stay away from Denny's coffee, seems to give me a stomach ache. Good morning Ms. Carol.
